I think that the parents who are suing the government are just over-reacting. The reason that the government has the children's DNA anyways is to check for genetic diseases. The parent's arguement is that it might affect the child getting a job or getting good health insurance. If the child has something that could be depremental to a job, it is okay if the people hiring know that. After all, "Secrets secrets are no fun. Share your secrets with everyone."
