First, they tell you the answer they want to hear. Second, they explain their answer. Third, they blurt out a soundbite.
Example:
"I always tell the truth."
..................
"Well most of the time, okay? I always try to do it anyways, and I do my best"
..................
"OKAY!! My dog didn't really eat my homework!!...."
